Heaven on Earth Society for Animals is proud to announce our new Spay & Neuter Transport Program. We are working in conjunction with FixNation offering FREE transportation services to the community in an effort to help control the feral and companion animal population in the San Fernando Valley.

FixNation Feral & Tame Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic is the sister organization created by Catnippers. FixNation offers free spay & neuter services for ferals and very low cost for companion animals. Vouchers are also available through Animal Services and other animal rescue organizations for companion animals. Other clinic services offered include low cost vaccinations, de-worming and flea treatment.

Heaven on Earth will pre-schedule an appointment for clinic service and a time to pick up your animal(s) from a designated location the morning of spay/neuter. Pick up service begins at 6:00am. (Animals must be dropped off at clinic no later than 8:00am.) At the end of the day, animals will be returned to you between 4 and 6pm to the same designated location.

Requirements:

* All service fees for the procedure to be pre-paid in cash at morning drop-off.

* Paperwork must be completed prior to transport appointment (HESA Application, FixNation Application & FixNation Admission Form).

* Feral Caretakers must complete FixNation Colony Application.

* Feral cats must be in a humane trap. Companion cats must be in a secure carrier.

* Adult cats may not have food after 12:00 midnight the night before surgery. Kittens may not have food the morning of surgery.

* Applications and waivers may be sent to you by email, fax or post mail.

* We will assist you in obtaining vouchers for your companion animals.
